Falling Tree Branch Strikes Kids in Park: "PALO ALTO (KRON) -- Two children were sent to the hospital after a large tree branch fell onto them as they were playing in a local park Monday afternoon."
Yet No word from the Palo Alto Rec dept for the blame for this. I glowing up in this area. It was matter of time this preventable event could of been avoided.
