Yahoo Launches New Homepage | Ajax Blog: "The new Yahoo homepage has recently launched for public beta! It can be viewed now to anyone using IE or Firefox (up to version 1.5) at www.yahoo.com/preview There are a number of changes too the looks, including a bigger search bar, and intelligent use of Ajax to make the page more interactive (mouse over “mail” in the right sidebar, for example).Key changes include a “personal assistant”, which is a preview area to see recent emails, your online friends list from Yahoo Instant Messenger and other information (traffic, weather, etc.).
